The organising team will review your application to see if your business is a good match for the market and will be in touch with their decision shortly.

If successful, payment details will be sent to you to make payment and secure your place.

Please have all required documentation before you submit the online form.

In order to ensure the safety of stallholders and visitors alike we will need evidence of Insurance and food safety certification (if you are handling food). Please see the information below regarding these.

INSURANCE EVIDENCE – ALL BUSINESSES

Please ensure you have public liability insurance in place to cover your attendance at the market. A copy of this will need to be submitted at time of your booking to secure your space at market.

FOOD BUSINESSES ONLY:

All businesses planning to sell food need to be aware of the following:

  • You must have clear up-to-date allergen information about all your products at the stall during the market.
  • You must provide evidence of Food Safety Certification (level 2 minimum) to the market email oldisleworthmarket1@gmail.com to complete your application.
  • Provide the name of the relevant Local Authority that your food business is registered with.
